This page is a labor of love and concern. I do what I do for a living because I love to see people learn about their bodies and what a miraculous thing it is. My concern stems from our lack of trust in our bodies to innately heal itself with just a bit of help from us. I am here to assure you that your body and your health are always looking for balance and always on your side. Does that make sense to you? If it does, read on.

From my own personal battles with health, mostly pain from activity, I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that you will heal all that ails you if you follow a few easy to do steps proactively. Now don’t get me wrong though. This does not give you the freedom to stop taking medications. That is a conversation to have with your prescribing physician. I am however interested in you becoming proactive with your health and not waiting for the next miracle “cure”.

I will attempt to give some common sense advice throughout this blog as well as feature ideas and new technologies available that your doctor may have “forgotten” to mention. As always, I invite your commentary.

Back Pain Solutions Without Surgery
